Furnace did not come on after being replaced a few months ago. Determined that that the gas supply valve solenoid was not reset at the time of installation.

When they finally got me on the schedule, they sent Kaleb who is a treasure. He is a fine young man and knows how to meet the public. Angela is out on leave at the moment and it has really bollixed things up as to scheduling. The first appointment nobody appeared. So after I waited two hours at the appointed time, I texted Tyler who said “we aren’t coming”.
After that he cancelled by text. He should have done that the first time. (11/17/24) However it was worth the wait to get Kaleb.
